Word Art Benches
Burton visual arts students explored the history, heritage and culture of Parks, King and the Montgomery, Alabama community.
Students then provided design input by creating word sculptures and bench models. These word-art benches are the combination of their work and fabricator Larry Halpert. Click the links above to hear them describe the benches and to see the concept models they developed.
